Stephen has a background in media and politics and has spent his career advising on communications and reputation.
He’s a former BBC News and Current Affairs producer. He founded ctn group and established The Leadership Agency. He works predominantly with individual leaders and their leadership teams, advising on communications strategy and coaching personal impact skills. He’s a frequent public speaker and retains an interest in political campaigning and international relations. He’s chairman of the British-German Association and serves as an Honorary Officer and advisor to the Royal Navy.
Heidi has a unique and in-depth understanding of reputation management. She has been driving outcomes and working in the industry for over 15 years. From managing your online presence to crisis management, Heidi knows the advice to give and how to make things happen.
As a Director of The Leadership Agency and as a Board member of ctn group Heidi advises individuals and leadership teams on developing their communication skills and long-term reputation strategies.
She began her career at Brunswick before joining Project Associates, a strategic communications consultancy. She then headed up Special Projects and the London office for reputation.com, a Silicon Valley-founded company which pioneered the online reputation management industry.
Sir Michael Lockett KVCO is an advisor to some of the world’s most extraordinary and influential leaders, corporations and institutions across the globe and is a Partner at ctn group. Starting his career in advertising, Michael has been creating stand-out moments and managing reputations for over 30 years.
During his career, he spearheaded the hosting of Britain’s Presidency of the EC, the worldwide re-launch of British Airways and the Hong Kong Handover Ceremony. He was director of the Golden Jubilee Concerts at Buckingham Palace in 2000 and has worked with the office of HRH the Prince of Wales since 2004. Sir Michael was the Chief Executive of the Diamond Jubilee Thames River Pageant and chaired the companies which handled both the Royal launch of The Shard, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. In September 2012, he was knighted by the Queen for his work on the Diamond Jubilee.
He sits on the board of GEMS education and Populus and is a Trustee of International Rescue committee and of Oracle Cancer Trust, the UK’s leading charity dedicated to funding research into head and neck cancers.
Alex has been coaching for twenty years, rehearsing industry experts, acting as media spokespeople, and preparing individuals and teams for pitching and presenting to ‘live' audiences or via digital platforms.
With a background in television including anchoring programmes from Pinewood Studios. Alex combines coaching with presenting on Business TV and webcasts, and moderating at conferences. She has worked with the ctn group from its inception both as a presenter and a coach, advising leaders and public speakers on crafting the narrative, handling tough questions and delivering with impact.
Alex has a particular interest in strategies to project confidence and conviction for women in leadership roles.
For more than three decades, Mark has been a prominent figure in national journalism at the Evening Standard, the Financial Times and most recently at Independent Television News. During his time as Business and Economics Editor for ITN he covered major developments in business and finance in the UK and abroad. Mark has also worked as bureau chief in Russia and Ireland where he covered political developments and wars from Chechnya to Iraq.
Since leaving ITN, Mark has worked as chief spokesman for the Liberal Democrats and Director of Communications for the Charities Aid Foundation. For the last 20 years, he has provided media training and conference moderation for the private and public sector all around the world. Mark also coaches and trains in French.

He also advises clients on real-time social media crisis management preparation, content strategy, inbound marketing and marketing automation. Adam learned his craft in various senior agency roles, including MD of social media agency, immediate future, Director of global communications agency, Burson Marsteller and Senior Consultant at issues management consultancy, Luther Pendragon.
